Closing costs
When you purchase property directly from Land Easy's website you pay an additional $99.00 processing fee, in addition to the down payment on the property. Outside of this fee, Land Easy will pay any additional processing fees, transfer fees, recording fees and transfer taxes associated with your land purchase.

If you purchase land from an offline advertisement, online auction or any other medium we also charge a $99.00 processing fee.

Payments
Down payments can be made on our safe and secure server with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or even PayPal. You simply choose the property you want and make your small down payment. (Important Note: All down payments and processing fees on Land Easy properties are NON-REFUNDABLE).

If you prefer that we process your credit card by phone or if you want to pay by check, cashier's check, or money order, please call us toll free at 1-888-498-LAND.

After you have made your down payment, you will receive your paperwork and monthly payment information in the mail. Then we set up automatic billing to your credit card until your property has been paid in full. As soon as you have paid off your balance in full we send you the deed to the property.

Zoning
Most properties we sell are zoned for residential use, although some are zoned for agricultural use. If you are interested in changing the zoning of a property, it can usually be done in a few inexpensive, simple steps after purchasing your land. You can contact us with any questions you have regarding the zoning of any property we have for sale. We are always happy to help.

Surveys
All the land sold by Land Easy has been surveyed. Most of the property corners are staked and marked with fluorescent orange wooden stakes and/ or flags. We do our best to locate all surveyor's "pins" but in some cases corner markings are an educated guess.

We highly recommend you have a professional survey of your own performed before adding any improvements to your land.
